Delivery

Maman & Moi is an eCommerce shop . We use a third party delivery service. Pudo which is powered by The Courier Guy will deliver your order to you. Courier costs are R60 to your door nationwide (4/6 working days).

Collections are welcome in Hartbeespoort (Pecanwood Estate)

Order Tracking

A text or whats app message will be send to you with the tracking number of your order once the parcel has been dispatched.

We will notify you once by text or whats app message once your order is ready to be collect.

Communication & Feedback 

We will communicate with you regarding any delays during manufacturing or delivery. 

Returns / Exchange / Refunds

We do accept returns, exchange & refunds. Customer must notify Maman & Moi (claire@mamanetmoi.co.za or 0724206225) with in 3 weeks of purchase. Products must still be in the condition it was sold, not been washed or worn/used. Courier cost are at customer expense. A store voucher will be issue of the full amount of the initial purchase or a R50 admin fee will be deducted of the initial purchase price for EFT refund. 

Warranties

Maman & Moi is proud of the quality of our handmade products, we take our most care to sew them. If there are any faults in our products we will repair and if not repairable then we will be happy to replace the product at our expense. Please note that this warranty period is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of receipt of your order.

Please note that damaged/flawed products (ie Sleep Sack) as a result of wear and tear will NOT be considered for repair or replacement.

We must be notified within 3 (three) days of delivery of products of any faults, queries and/or issues in writing via e mail claire@mamanetmoi.co.za

Maman & Moi takes customer service seriously and we will handle each cases individually.
